Cavalier King Charles Spaniels need lots of grooming. Their coat can mat, causing sores if not careful. Fortunately, daily brushing can prevent this issue.

Due to their high grooming needs, spaniels must be brushed daily to avoid matting.

Dogs' coats are cleaned and detangled by brushing. If you brush your dog daily, you'll eliminate dirt and dust from their coat.

Cavalier spaniels need little grooming. Technically, they don't need trimming because they're not long-haired. Clip hair around their eyes and paws.
