A Cake Made with Angel Food 

It is important to note that the tube pan or angel food cake pan should not be greased.  

Additionally, you should not use a bundt pan or a nonstick pan. 

Reduce the rack in the oven to the position that is near the lowest.  

Each egg should be carefully separated over a shallow bowl, and the white should be allowed to fall into the bowl.

This recipe does not call for the yolks to be removed.  

During the course of your labor, transfer each egg white to the mixing bowl in a sequential manner.  

When the egg whites are whipped, even a small amount of egg yolk can prevent them from whipping properly.
