Yummy Chicken Meatballs With Lemon Pepper And Cream 

A generous sprinkling of traditional lemon pepper flavor elevates plain ground chicken in my recipe for chicken meatballs with pepper. 

The chicken meatballs are topped with a savory, creamy sauce 

that evokes chicken pot pie, and this zesty, peppery combination adds a burst of flavor. 

Ground chicken breast, thigh, or a combination of the two can be used to make the meatballs.

Chicken that has been ground.  (And I can confirm that ground turkey would also work.) 

While garlic and onion are possible additions to this classic seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper are constants.  

A dash of vibrant color and a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley liven up the meatballs.
